These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of classiccitybandits.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made from Classic City Bandits LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Pre-Order Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract.
2. Pre-Orders (Important Disclosure)
Some products are sold as pre-orders, meaning:
Items are not in stock at time of purchase
Payment is collected at checkout
Production begins after the pre-order window closes
Shipping occurs after manufacturing is completed
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
3. Products & Availability
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. Variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify products, or discontinue items at any time.
4. Pricing & Order Acceptance
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, fraud concerns, or availability issues.
5. Payments & Taxes
Payment is processed at checkout through PCI-compliant processors. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
6. Shipping & FTC Compliance
Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, you will be notified and offered a revised date or a full refund, in compliance with federal law.
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Pre-Order Return & Refund Policy, incorporated by reference.
8. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content is owned by or licensed to Classic City Bandits LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” to the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the greater of the purchase price or $100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue lies in Clarke County, Georgia.
