What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is manufactured. Classic City Bandits uses pre-orders to control production, prioritize materials, and avoid overproduction.

SECTION 2 — PRE-ORDER WINDOW

Pre-Order Window

• Pre-orders are offered for a fixed 14-day window unless otherwise stated

• Once the window closes, no additional units will be produced

• Pre-orders will not reopen after closing

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTION & FULFILLMENT

Production & Fulfillment

• Production begins after the pre-order window closes

• Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may be adjusted due to production conditions

Order updates will be sent via email as production progresses.

SECTION 4 — CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as items are made specifically for each release.
